Exchange & Return Policy
1. Digitising Fees
All digitising fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the digitising process has begun or been completed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Embroidered Items
All embroidered items are considered final sale. Due to the customised nature of these products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any embroidered items.
3. Unembroidered Items
Unembroidered items may be returned or exchanged, provided that:

The return or exchange request is made within a reasonable timeframe

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is presented
4. Returns & Exchanges Process
To request a return or exchange for an eligible item, please contact us with your receipt details. Items must be returned in their original condition to be approved.
