How does Click and Collect work?
You can now skip the queue!
Simply place your order online and select Click and Collect at the checkout. You will receive a text message once your order is ready to collect. For same day orders, please include the desired time of collection in the comment section.

How long does embroidery take?
A simple name embroidery can take half a day, whereas a more complex order can take up to 3 days.

Can I bring my own items?*
Yes you can! To ensure quality of embroidery, we tend to avoid materials that are too thin, too thick, too stretchy.
Please contact us beforehand so we can give you a heads up.
How much will my BYO item cost?
Prices start from $10.00 for one word, with prices increasing depending on number of words or font size.

Do you embroidery logos?
Yes we do! All logos must be your own, otherwise you will need permission to use it. There is a once off payment of $50 to set up your logo, after which it starts from $10 per logo sew out. Set ups take 3 working days.
